DIBRUGARH, Dec 29 - The Youth Congress today burnt the effigy of State BJP president and Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Sarbananda Sonowal at Thana Chariali here in protest against the alleged attack on Congress workers at Rajiv Bhawan in Guwahati by BJP activists during a protest yesterday.
The Youth Congress alleged that BJP workers pelted stones at a Congress assembly at Rajiv Bhawan.
