GUWAHATI, June 24 - Some localities of the city witnessed water-logging today after a heavy shower in the morning.
Many lanes and bylanes in localities like Panjabari, Wireless, Basisthapur, Lakhimi Nagar and Pub Sarumataria suffered from artificial floods brought about by the rainfall. However, the floodwaters receded from most places by noon.
