IMPHAL, July 22 - Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh has announced that a VFS (Visa Facilitation Services) centre will be launched here on August 5.
The centre would be the first of its kind in the entire Northeastern region.
He made the announcement during the loan distribution function to Self Help Groups, fish farmers and individuals by Manipur State Cooperative Bank and SBI held at CM�s Secretariat here on Monday.
