GUWAHATI, Feb 15 - The University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM) today felicitated 30 students who have cleared the UGC and CSIR NET examination held in December, 2019, under the �payback policy� of the university. The students were honoured at a function organised by the USTM at its campus in 9th Mile, Ri-Bhoi district of Meghalaya, a press release received here stated.
