GUWAHATI, Feb 18 - A two-wheeler rally will be organized by the Zonal Sports Promotion Committee, NE, of the Food Corporation of India from Bamunimaidam here tomorrow. A cleanliness drive will also be undertaken on February 20 at Khanapara near the APSC building, a press release stated.
