AGARTALA, Nov 19 - The elections to civic bodies including Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC) and Panchayat by-elections in Tripura would be held on December 9, official sources here said.
The last date for filing nominations is November 19, while scrutiny would be done on November 20. Last date for withdrawal of nomination would be on November 23 and elections would be held on December 9, said State Election Commissioner (SEC) G Kameshwar Rao. The SEC said counting of votes would be conducted on December 12.
