GUWAHATI, Aug 20 - The Guwahati Bihu Sanmilani today organised a lamp lighting programme in memory of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee at the Latasil field here.
The members fondly remembered Vajpayee�s visit to the Bihu Sanmilani in 1998 where he spent more than an hour discussing the cultural and other aspects of the State.
Today�s programme was led by social activist Dhiren Baruah, who also reminisced about his meeting with Vajpayee.
