GUWAHATI, Oct 2 - Three persons, who allegedly duped a number of people by changing their ATM cards in a fraudulent manner, were arrested by Dispur Police from Gangotri Lodge located in Six Mile area this morning.
The arrested � Manjit Kumar, Rajesh Kumar and Rajesh Kumar � were operating as a gang, police said.
Police also recovered 30 ATM cards and three cell phones.
