DIBRUGARH, July 20 - Dibrugarh Deori Unnayan Samiti, which is a socio-cultural organisation of the Deori community of greater Dibrugarh, has resolved to organise a symposium on �Socio-economic development of Deori society and infrastructure of Deori-predominant areas of Assam� on August 4 at the Bhimbor Deori Samiti Bhawan here.
The Samiti has requested participation of all the Deori intellectuals, educationists, litterateurs, office-bearers of Deori Sahitya Sabha, elected members of Deori Autonomous Council and all the socially conscious people of the Deori community.
