GUWAHATI, Dec 22 - The Assam team for the Senior National Weightlifting Championship, to be held at Patiala from December 24 to 29, was announced by the Assam weightlifting Association.
The selected weightlifters are: Monalisha Sonowal, Pompi Saikia, Papul Changmai, Gauranga Borah, Champak Dutta, Saurav Gogoi, Jaswinder Singh, Baljinder Singh. Moina Borgohain- coach, Khalil Ali-manager, Bhabajyoti Goswami, Romen Dutta and Himangshu Kalita- technical officials.
