GUWAHATI, May 31 - The inaugural session of the 14th Assam Legislative Assembly, 2016, will begin tomorrow. On the first day of the three-day session, Pro-tem Speaker of the State Assembly will administer the oath-of-office to 125 newly-elected legislators which will be followed by election of the Speaker. On the subsequent day, the Governor will address the House. On the third and the concluding day, debate on Governor�s address will be held following which the Deputy Speaker of the House will be elected.
