MANGALDAI, Dec 15 - The Winter Sports Meet of SSB 37 Battalion got under way at its headquarters at Bezpara near here today.
The meet is being held in a bid to improve physical and mental development of the jawans of all the companies and was inaugurated by Chance Keishing, DIG SHQ SSB Bezpara.
Events like football, volleyball, cricket, badminton, tug of war�in addition to athletics will be conducted in the meet which will culminate on December 31. Over 100 jawans of seven different companies of the battalion have already confirmed their participation in the meet. � Correspondent
