Skoch award

ITANAGAR, Sept 25 - The Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister�s Universal Health Insurance Scheme (APCMUHIS) has been rated among the top health projects in the country and awarded the Skoch award for Smart Governance 2015, an official communique said here today.

The award was received by State Health Minister Rajesh Tacho during the 41st Skoch Summit held at India Habitat Centre in New Delhi recently.

The scheme was given Skoch Order-of-Merit Award for being among the top 12 health projects in the country.

Skoch Smart Governance award is an initiative recognising top performing government organisations and those working with the governments operating at local, state and national level in the areas of health education, rural development, urban development, finance and security. � PTI
