DIMAPUR, May 3 - Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom has inaugurated the TrueNat machine for preliminary screening of samples at the Mokokchung District Hospital. The minister also visited the designated COVID-19 hospital at Mokokchung.
The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare had sent the TrueNat machines to Mokokchung and Mon districts in the State.
Meanwhile, Principal Secretary (Home) Abhijit Sinha, in his briefing, said as on Friday, 664 samples were sent for testing from the State. The results of 650 samples have been received and all are negative. The results of 14 samples are awaited, he added.
