GUWAHATI, Dec 29 - The All India Radio (AIR) Guwahati and Dibrugarh, have decided to welcome the New Year through a joint special programme �Samay Samay Nilimoy� from 9.30 pm on December 31, a press release stated.
The programme, co-produced by the radio stations, will be anchored by Rituparna Das, Simanta Barma and Indrajit Das of AIR, Guwahati, and Parasha Konwar of AIR Dibrugarh. The colourful and star-studded programme will be broadcast till 15 minutes past midnight, the press release added.
