GUWAHATI, Jan 20 - Assam girl Priyana Kalita made it to the pre-quarterfinal stage of the Gradell Junior World Ranking Tennis Championship.
In a second round match of the ITF championship at the DKS, Kolkata today, Priyana defeated Jania Bosovic of Serbia 6-4, 7-5. In the pre-quarterfinal, she will lock horns with Yubrani Banerjee of India on January 22 who beat Jodiac Anna Burrage of Great Britain, informed All Assam Tennis Association secretary Ankush Dutta.
