GUWAHATI, April 28 - Congress candidate from Kamalpur Pranjit Choudhury�s pre-arrest bail application was rejected by the Gauhati High Court today after perusal of the case diary.
Choudhury allegedly had physical relations with a girl on the promise of marrying her. He has not appeared before the investigating officer despite notices being served on him.
