GUWAHATI, April 25 - Guwahati-based Dr Syeda Musfia Begum, lecturer at PCPS Girls� Polytechnic, Bamunimaidam, received the �Best Paper� award at the International Conference on Contemporary Issues in Science, Engineering & Management held recently in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, under the joint aegis of the Institute of Research and Publication and the International Institute of Research and Journals.
