BISWANATH CHARIALI, March 15 - For conducting a free and fare election, the Election Commission of India has appointed NC Roy as Expenditure Observer for Biswanath, Behali and Gohpur LACs. He has camped at Biswanath Chariali Circuit House and is available round-the-clock to attend complaints and allegations relating to financial irregularities during the election process.
