SHILLONG, April 7 - Meghalaya Minister for Arts and Culture and Health and Family Welfare, Alexander Laloo Hek today inaugurated the Photo Exhibition organised by Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity (Regional Outreach Bureau) here.
A Quiz competition was organised on the occasion and prizes were given away by Hek, Meghalaya BJP president Shibun Lyngdoh and others.
