DIBRUGARH, April 14 - A peace rally was organised by the students and staff members of St Xavier�s High School, Dibrugarh today as a part of the silver jubilee celebration (1991-2016) of the school.
The rally was categorised into four groups � Yellow, Red, Blue and Green � each holding up one�s own pledge to fight against corruption, environmental problems, child labour and last but not the least to propagate the importance of girl child education among the masses.
