Night curfew imposed along Nagaland border

DIMAPUR, Feb 23 - Mon district administration in Nagaland has imposed night curfew under Section 144 CrPC from 10 pm to 3 am with effect from February 21 till May 21 along areas of Indo-Myanmar border in the three-km belt in the district.

Mon District Magistrate K Thavaseelan, who is also DC& DEO of the district, in another notification informed that the poll timing of polling stations (P-2 categories in Moka and Tobu Assembly constituencies) under Mon district has been changed as per directives of Election Commission. The new poll timing will be from 7 am to 3 pm, he said.
