GUWAHATI, Dec 5 - The North East Newspapers Society today felicitated GL Agarwala for his contributions to the media industry in the State and other social contributions.
A delegation of the Society, comprising its president Kanaksen Deka, vice president PG Baruah and owner of the Janambhumi group Subrata Sarma, met Agarwala at his residence to felicitate him.
Agarwala, who is also the general secretary of the Society, has not been keeping well. The visiting office-bearers of the Society wished him a speedy recovery.
