TURA, Jan 12 � East Garo Hills finally got a new Deputy Commissioner (DC) after five months of the transfer of the former DC, VK Mantri. Cyril Diengdoh, a 2010 batch officer of the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) took over on January 8.
Diengdoh was working as ADC East Khasi Hills in Shillong.
