GUWAHATI, Mar 1 - Barnali Sarma today took charge as the new Director of the Cultural Affairs department.
She was earlier serving as District Development Commissioner of Kamrup Metro.
She has replaced Deba Prasad Mishra, who has been posted as Majuli DC.
