NEW DELHI, March 5 � The detailed techno-economic feasibility report, prepared by Project Development India Limited (PDIL) and submitted to the Department of Fertilizers for setting up a brown field ammonia urea plant at Namrup under Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited (BVFCL), is under consideration of the Centre, said Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizer, Srikant Jena in reply to a Rajya Sabha question by Biren Baishya on Friday.
