Nalbari VKV shines in CBSE exam

NALBARI, June 6 - Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (VKV) Nalbari succeeded in achieving good results with cent per cent pass percentage in the CBSE Class10 board examination, which was declared recently.

Out of 84 students, 72 passed in the first division and 12 in second division. Moreover, as many as 21 candidates have secured 90 per cent and above marks.

The highest percentage scored is 95 per cent, which has been secured by Gitartha Goutam and Aryan Paharia. The second highest score was 94.8 per cent secured by Pritam Deka. Kaushal B Deka scored 94.6 per cent followed by Kaushik Sharma and Raktim Ranjan Das, both securing 94.4 per cent.

Candidates from the school secured cent per cent marks in some subjects. Gitartha Goutam, who aspires to become a medical professional, secured 100 marks in Science. Pritam Deka, Kaushik Sharma, Mohit Jain, Hrishikesh Barman, Kristi Singhania and Mridumoloy Sharma scored 100 in Foundation in Information Technology (FIT).

Apart from this, Kaushal B Deka, Kaushik Sharma, Raktim Ranjan Das, Trina Choudhury and Upasana Dutta scored 99 in Social Science. The Principal and teachers expressed their heartiest gratitude to all the parents and guardians of the school, well-wishers and the students.
