DIMAPUR, April 4 - Nagaland Police has opened a �Helpline Cell� at police headquarters, Kohima for students, working groups and people domiciled in Nagaland and residing outside the State.
The Cell has been opened to provide a helping hand to those who are in distress or require any assistance either in Nagaland or at the place where they are now residing, Nagaland Home Commissioner Abhishek Singh said in a motification today.
