GUWAHATI, July 6 � The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC) are going to organize a �Music and Dance Festival of Northeast� from July 12 to 15 at the Shilpgram auditorium here. The festival would be inaugurated by Pranati Phukan, Minister of Cultural Affairs and Handloom & Textile on July 12, mentioned a press statement.
