AIZAWL, June 27 - Mizoram Underground Returnees Association (MURA) has decided to observe Peace Accord Day on June 30 as Black Day to showcase their grievances.

Leaders of the Association convened a press conference here on Thursday and shared with mediapersons their ire against the Peace Accord signed between MNF and Government of India on June 30, 1986, which they alleged had no provision for their welfare.

MURA leaders questioned as to what provision had the Memorandum of Settlement, 1986 made for the Mizo people.
