KALAIGAON, June 2 - Mousumi Baruah of National Pioneer Junior College, Tangla has brought glory to Udalguri district securing 8th rank in the HS (Arts) examination by scoring 471 marks. Mousumi is the daughter of Nirmali Baruah and Ram Bilas Baruah, a 4th grade employee in the Irrigation department office at Tangla.
Jubiliant students took to the street with Mousumi after announcement of the HS results. She has been the only student in Udalguri securing rank. Udalguri District Journalists� Union members congratulated Mousumi and her parents on her success.
