Morigaon limps back to normalcy

MORIGAON, Oct 11 � Morigaon is limping back to normalcy after the 24-hour commotion over no-confidence motion meeting against the CEM of Tiwa Autonomous Council.

Morigaon SP Ainul Hoque said there was no violent incident during the past 24 hours in the district over the Tiwa Council issue.

However, Morigaon Deputy Commissioner Rakesh Kumar clarified that he was present at the Tiwa Council meeting yesterday only as an observer as per direction of the Gauhati High Court and he did not play any role in the no-trust motion.
