LUMDING, Sept 8 - Morigaon AC defeated 16 Assam Police IR Bn 3-2 to enter the quarterfinals of the Bharat Ratna Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Football Tournament following a high voltage match at the Swamy Vivekananda Railway Stadium here today.
For the winners, Biman Khatoniar scored twice, in the 34th and 86th minutes, while Raja Bordoloi netted in the 77th minute.
