Meghalaya cases rise to 65

SHILLONG, July 4 - Three more BSF personnel have tested positive for COVID-19, taking the active cases in Meghalaya to 25 and the total positive cases to 65.

In a tweet, Chief Minister Conrad Sangma said: �Three more persons from BSF have tested positive for COVID19 at Shillong.�

Till today, 43 persons have recovered from COVID-19 and one person has died of the disease in Meghalaya.

The Health Department has sent 20,571 samples for testing, out of which 20,251 tested negative. The results of 250 samples are awaited.
