IMPHAL, Jan 9 � The last rites of former Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court RK Manisana was performed at his Sega Road residence here with full state honours, on Friday.
Despite a winter downpour, Deputy CM Gaikhangam, Chief Justice of High Court of Manipur Justice Mohapatra and near and dear ones of Justice Manisana attended the last rites where Manipur Rifles personnel gave a gun salute to the departed soul.
Justice Manisana passed away on Thursday at Shija Hospital in Imphal.
