IMPHAL, Aug 28 The Manipur Government yesterday felicitated hockey player Khadangbam Kothajit who was listed in the Indian hockey squad as a reserve player in the recently concluded Olympic games in London, by giving a cash award of Rs 20 lakh.

Manipur Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh, who also holds the sports portfolio, presented the cheque to Kothajit in a function held in the office chamber of the Chief Minister.
