Mangaldai April 18 - Mangaldai College for the first time will host the Gauhati University (GU) Inter College Basketball Tournament from April 19 to 21.
The tournament will be played in the new basketball court in the college campus, informed Dr Khagendra Kumar Nath, principal of the college as well as the president of the organising committee.
Gauhati University VC Mridul Hazarika will inaugurate the championship where at least ten colleges have confirmed their participation.
Meanwhile, the organising committee has already uploaded its rules and regulations and the brochure of the tournaments in the college website.
