GUWAHATI, Aug 3 - One Jogendra Pal Singh, a former employee of a defence canteen and now a transporter, was today held by the Basistha Police when he was moving around with a rifle on Tripura Road. Fourteen rounds of bullets were seized from him. Later, a revolver was also seized from his Dhubri residence. "He was not carrying any papers when we caught him. Action is being taken against him as per law," police said.
