GUWAHATI, Sept 14 - Panbazar police on Saturday arrested one Tajir Ali from Nalbari over his alleged involvement in looting Rs 40 lakh in cash from a vehicle of Federal Bank here recently.
Panbazar Police Station officer-in-charge Hemen Pathak said the man was arrested based on the evidence found during examination of the CCTV footage. He has previous history of involvement in robbery cases too, Pathak added.
