GUWAHATI, March 10 � Maharana Athletic Club stormed into the final of the first Karmashree Hiteswar Saikia Memorial Cricket Tournament, organised by The Art of Cricket Club.
In the first semifinal of the championship played at the Judges� Field here today, Maharana trounced White Feather by 97 runs.
Opting to bat first, Maharana amassed 139 in the stipulated 20 overs and bundled out the opponent for a scanty 42.
Man-of-the-match Sujay Tarafdar captured five wickets for Maharana which triggered White Feather�s collapse.
