AIZAWL, Jan 22 - LR Sailo, former Mizoram director for Information and Public Relations was today awarded the �KR Singh Memorial Award for PR and Communication Professionals � Life time achievement.
Sailo, press secretary to CM Lal Thanhawla since his retirement, received the award in Kolkata, at the Tenth Global Communication Conclave, officials said here.
He is presently officer on special duty in the Indian Institute of Mass Communication here since 2011. � PTI
