IMPHAL, Oct 29 - Kuki Inpi Manipur (KIM), apex body of Kuki community in Manipur and Kuki Organisation for Human Rights Trust (KOHRT) have condemned the October 24 Ukhrul incident where gunmen fired towards a helipad minutes after a chopper with Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh took off.
Whoever is behind the attack should explain the reason. There may be differences in ideology and political philosophy. However, any disagreement can be discussed and solved for the preservation of peace and security, said KIM and KOHRT in a press release.
