GUWAHATI, Jan 1 � The four-day-long Jeevan Kite and River Festival took off today at the Latasil riverbank here. The festival also features �Campaign for the Brahmaputra� initiative. Besides, kite flying, a host of other programmes including cultural shows and media round table have been lined up.
