IMPHAL, April 20 - A full dress rehearsal for observance of the Khongjom Day was held at the Khongjom War Memorial Complex in Khebaching, Thoubal, today. Thoubal DC Haobam Rosita reviewed all arrangements being made for the Khongjom Day, to be observed on April 23.
The DC inspected the venues including the martyrs� memorial (hilltop), Paona Memorial (foothills), Khongjom river, Sankirtan pandal, main pandal, etc.
She instructed the officers concerned to ensure completion of all work in time. She also sought the cooperation of all stakeholders for successful observance of the Khongjom Day.
Saturday�s rehearsal was attended by civil and police officers.
