GUWAHATI, July 22 - The Assam Karate-Do Association (AKA) is organising AIKF Referee Seminar at Moriani on July 29. The seminar will be conducted under the guidance of the Director, All India Karate-do Federation (aikf) Shihan � Lal Darda (Black Belt 7th Dan), informed Sensei Nilutpal Goswami, general secretary of AKA. More than 70 candidates are likely to take part in the day-long seminar.
Goswami further stated that, the Style Shito-RyuSeifukai Karate School of Jorhat Association, affiliated to the AKA will hold the first Assam State Open Karate-Do Championship at the indoor hall of the Moriani College on July 30 and 31.
Necessary arrangements have been made for holding the championship in a befitting manner under the guidance of Jiten Dutta, technical director of AKA.
