Jimi Dirchi wins state-level science seminar in Arunachal

ITANAGAR, Aug 26 - Jimi Dirchi of Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya at Balijan in Papum Pare district of Arunachal Pradesh, has won the state-level Science Seminar 2019, and will now represent the state in the national-level competition to be held at the Regional Science Centre at Khanapara, Guwahati on November 6.

Minjom Taso from VKV, Oyan, East Siang district, and Nokman Wangpan from RK Mission School, Narottam Nagar, Tirap district were adjudged second and third, respectively.

The state-level science seminar on the topic �Periodic table of chemical elements: Impact on Human Welfare� was conducted at Dera Natung Govt College on August 23. Altogether, 19 students from various districts of Arunachal Pradesh participated in the competition.
