GUWAHATI, Jan 7 - An industrial and business trade fair under the Biponi scheme of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Assam, will be held at North Guwahati from January 8 to 13.
The trade fair titled �Udyam 2020� will be held in the North Guwahati College field, under the aegis of the District Industries and Commerce Centre, Kamrup in association with NGO Haripriya.
�The objective of the event is to provide a platform for entrepreneurs of Assam to display and sell their products on the eve of Magh Bihu. We hope the entrepreneurs will get some much-needed exposure there,� Haripriya secretary Mausumi Sarma Bordoloi said. About 150 entrepreneurs from various parts of the State are expected to take part in the event.
