GUWAHATI, Dec 29 - The narcotic cell of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), based on a specific information, apprehended one Ashok Singh of the Nizarapar area (Birubari) and recovered 1.82 grams heroin from his possession.
Later, based on his revelations, one Dipul Boro was also arrested and 0.97 grams of heroin was seized from his possession, police sources said.
