Guv�s plea on Environment Day

DIMAPUR, June 4 - Nagaland Governor PB Acharya has urged all concerned to observe the World Environment Day tomorrow by giving some time to participate in cleanliness drive around the vicinity of homes, offices, schools, colleges, etc., so as to make the State a cleaner State.

Meanwhile, Kohima District Planning and Development Board organised a tree plantation drive-cum social work along the stretch of State Assembly and Secretariat Road, Kohima today.

All government departments under Dimapur district undertook a massive cleaning drive in their respective offices. Shopowners and members from various colonies were also seen cleaning the areas under their occupation.
