IMPHAL, Dec 1 - In one of the biggest haul in the recent past, a total of 158 gold biscuits weighing around 26.260 kg were seized by Customs officials here, sources said on Friday.
The gold biscuits were found concealed in a Maruti Van which was on its way to Imphal from Moreh on Thursday, Customs sources said.
The seized gold biscuits are valued at about Rs 7.7 crore. One person has been taken into custody for investigation.
